BOOK HAUL

I got nothing this week haha. Which is probably a good thing because my TBR list is getting awfully long.
But I did finish The Gypsy King (review link up top) and The Mad Scientist’s Daughter by Cassandra Rose Clark (review soon) this last week and yes, I’m squeezing in Falling Kingdoms by Morgan Rhodes. I’m about 100pgs in and first thoughts were: “HOLY JEEZ! Lots of people die quick! and oh there’s a index for characters, that’ll be helpfully. This is very like those (adult) fantasy books.” (okay, truth is I’ve only every read/currently reading one fantasy series so I don’t really know if it’s that similar haha).
Also, I’ve recently got my friend hooked on Julia Quinn’s Bridgerton series! So I’ve been re-reading those too, which makes me happy (:

  1. I need a week of nothing..but alas I am an addict. Enjoy your Sunday afternoon nap, after being sick all week that sounds like a wonderful plan. Off to see some of the reviews I missed. Have a great week Cyn and Kim! The Sunday Post

    1. Thanks! I hope you’re feeling better, naps really do make things better ;).

  2. Sometimes we need weeks where we don’t get any new books. I try not to get my TBR list (in my possession) too out of control because I start to get stressed out. Hope you have a great week!

    1. I totally agree! I want to read books because I want to, not because I need to write reviews for them etc.
      Thanks for stopping by (:
