Sunday Post (156) / Stacking the Shelves (136)

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

Hello, Jackie here,

For some reason the past couple of weeks at work seems to be long, but maybe it’s when you’re sick that everyday seems to be long. However, the good news is that I’m feeling much better and don’t have to carry tissues. Then yay it’s March, though I’m not really sure how to feel about it because it’s going to be a crazy month for me. I seriously can’t wait until April because that’s when the fun begins (all the book signing events…!!).

  3. I’m glad you’re feeling better, Jackie! It’s so hard to have to trudge through everything when we’re sick.
I’m ready for spring… the cold just needs to stop now. Even if it hasn’t been that cold here, I’m just ready for some nicer and drier weather, maybe the possibility to see the sun every now and then 🙂
Have a wonderful week ahead and happy reading.

  4. I’m glad you’re feeling better! And I know what you mean about everything taking so much time when you’re sick! Have a great week and happy reading!

  5. Oh, feel better! I hate the idea of being sick, and knock wood, I haven’t been in a while. I attribute this to being a home body, seldom rubbing shoulders with people who might be carrying germs. LOL.

Seriously, though, when I stopped working daily around hordes of people, I suddenly stopped getting sick.

Enjoy your new books…they are all new to me, although I’ve been noticing them around. Here are MY WEEKLY UPDATES

  6. Great haul! I really need to check out V. E. Schwab! Happy reading!
