Hi guys, Zest Books (of How Not to Be a Dick by Meghan Doherty) was kind enough to clear up some confusion for us: How Not to Be a Dick is “is for ages 18+ – it’s definitely not for children. And the book is published by Zest Books, which is distributed by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, but we’re not part of their children’s publishing program.” Yay for clarity.
Remember to check out Kim’s Recap of the Fierce Reads Fall 2013 Tour & she’s giving away a signed copy of This Song Will Save Your Life by Leila Sales, so please check it out! (US only, sorry international people!)
Stacking the Shelves post! Hosted by Tynga’s Reviews, Stacking the Shelves is a chance to showcase new books, ones checked out from the library, bought, won or received for review.
Light load this week. Which is probably a good thing because I really need to attempt to catch up on my TBR list without constantly adding more to it haha.
(01) Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas
(02) Criminal Behaviour: A Psychological Approach by C. Bartol & A. Bartol
The hardcover of Throne of Glass was on sale, so I figured I’d pick it up to go with my Crown of Midnight (though the covers are slight different haha). The other one isn’t a fun reading book… it just so happened to come via mail haha. It’s my textbook for my criminal psychology class… which I need to start reading soon b/c the midterm is next week ):
(02) Once She Was Tempted by Anne Barton
Thanks to Forver & Netgalley! I’ve been waiting forever for this book! Edelweiss had it but I was declined for a copy but than it showed up on Netgalley! Yay! So I already finished haha and it’s soooo adorbale! I quite loved it. Review for it soon! (p.s Review for the rest of the Honeycote series HERE (: )
a bum a student again. A master’s student…oooh. procrastinator. reader. eater. sleeper. music listen-er. movie go-er. Loves food too much.
