(02) The Princess Test by Gail Carson Levine
(03) Princess Sonora and the Long Sleep by Gail Carson Levine

I love I’ve Got Your Number, so I finally got around to picking up a paperback since it wasn’t too expensive. Also grabbed a few of Gail Carson Levine’s super cute fairy tale retellings! The Princess Test (aka. The Princess and the Pea) was always my favourite story. …. is for my cousin (:.

Romancing the Rake - Tessa Dare(04) Romancing the Rake by Tessa Dare

Thanks Avon & Edelweiss (: I really enjoyed Dare’s Spindle Cove series so I’m excited for this one. I mean it’s got castles! I think this will be a cute mix of recency and that classic medieval fairy tale feel.

All Fired Up - Kate Meader(05) All Fired Up by Kate Meader

Thanks Forever & Netgalley (: I do love foodie romances. Bring on the Hot Irish pastry chef.

  1. So glad you loved I’ve Got Your Number – I loved it too! The annotations cracked me up. 🙂

You have a fantastic haul this week, and completely agree – bring on the hot Irish chef! 😀

    1. Yes! It’s such a hilarious book.
One could never say no to a hot Irish chef haha. Thanks for stopping by!

  2. i let my friend borrow my copy of i’ve got your number almost a year ago and she never gave it back. just remembered it when i saw your haul… awesome books this week! happy reading 🙂

hope you can stop by my StS/Sunday post.

    1. Oh no, I hope you get it back, it is a pretty awesome book 😉

  3. Most of those books are new to me, All Fired Up looks really good though. I hope you enjoy your reads this week!

    Here’s my STS this week.

    1. I love food and I love romance, and a combination of the two rarely goes wrong 😉 Thanks!

  4. I’m looking forward to Tessa Dare’s new series too. I thought her first Spindle Cove was okay but the later ones really grew on me. Here’s my Sunday Post

    1. I think the 2nd Spindle Cove book was my favourite. I’m definitely looking forward to the castles haha.

  5. Boo to the snow, yay to the books. 🙂

    1. Thanks for stopping by!

  6. I love both of your new books this week..enjoy! Snow..eep.. I am so not ready for that!

    1. I’m excited for the cute romances! …I’m not prepared for the snow either, but this is waaay later than when we usually get snow so I’ll take it 😉

  7. I really liked I’ve Got Your Number, too. I borrowed a copy from the library when it first came out, but am sure I’ll end up with a copy eventually. Frankly, I like paperbacks better. Hard covers are so much heavier and you can’t bend the covers. I’ve never read anything by Ms. Levine, but I’ve heard great things. Great haul this week!

    1. I originally read it in hardcover from the library, but I’m glad I own it in paperback instead. Totally agree, definitely easier to handle haha.

Ms. Levine’s stuff is amazing! I definitely recommend. Her retellings are cute & quick. Oh and you must read Ella Enchanted too 😉

  8. You have some interesting looking books. I have All Fired Up to. All of these sound good. Enjoy your reading and thanks for stopping by my STS.

  9. That is one Sophie Kinsella book I still need to get my hands on! Thanks for stopping by my STS as well!

  10. I never read a Tessa Dare book before, but I’m REALLY curious about them. o:
Enjoy all your lovely books & thanks for stopping by my STS! (: Sorry that it took a long time to get back to you guys!
