Sunday Post (84) / Stacking the Shelves (64)

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

Hello! Jackie here,

October has finally descended upon us and I’m always amazed how super fast we go through the month. I mean wasn’t it like the beginning of summer not too long ago? Right now I’m just crossing my fingers for cooler weather so I can go book shopping properly without sweating like crazy.

The READS & Announcements

Read/Currently reading:

Battle of the Labyrinth by Rick Riordan – I’m currently rereading the series before Blood of Olympus is out, but the reread is going slow that I don’t think I’m going to have time to get all caught up before the final book comes out. Oh well.

Airhead by Meg Cabot – This is a reread as well. I’m in a rereading mood and especially craving for something chick flick-y.

Things to follow!

STSmall_thumb25255B225255DStacking the Shelves post! Hosted by Tynga’s Reviews, Stacking the Shelves is a chance to showcase new books, ones checked out from the library, bought, won or received for review.

I didn’t borrow/get any books this week. I’m trying to catch up on all the rereads and anything else I have leftover on my ereader.

I got a ridiculous amount at NEIBA’s Fall Conference. Once I’m done reading them for work, look forward to the many giveaways that’ll probably ensue. I don’t know how to make this pic not gigantic.. Sorry.
