Sunday Post (96) / Stacking the Shelves (76)

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~ It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

Hope everyone had a lovely holiday and time with family and friends (and a good successful boxing day!). I kept thinking I’ll have more time to do stuff because it’s my break, my holiday time, but I always forget it’s actually busier! I’ve been on the go for a week now between my job, family and friends. Oh well, at least I don’t have school! Unfortunately it means I’m reading at as much either ): But hopefully soon, I did get a few books in!

Let me know how your holiday’s been! Any super exciting presents!? I didn’t get anything too interesting, but I did get an awesome T-Shirt that says “Why buy anything else when you could be buying books?” – I’ll try to post a photo next week!

  1. Nice box set! I just love those kinds of things. Surprisingly, I’ve not read any Rick Riordan yet. My nephew really enjoys his books though. I’ve not been reading as much this past week as I would like either. Hope you have a great week!

  2. Love the box set! I completely forgot about D’Allesandro but I used to love her books! Thanks for reminding me! I’ll have to look for her newer books. I agree about holiday breaks being not so much productive time. I never get to half of what I want to get accomplished. Have a great week and a happy New Year!

  3. I feel ya. I haven’t done any reading all week. I’m hoping that will change once 2015 rolls around. I definitely didn’t meet my GR reading goal.

  5. I just got Say Yess to the Marquess while I was away last week. I was happy to see it! Glad your holiday was good. We visited my sister, her husband and my mom in FL. It was relaxed because we only did stocking stuffers. We all got stuff for our mom though. She was a little overwhelmed.

Have a safe and happy new year! my post:

  6. That is one awesome hardcover box set! I want! Haha! Happy New Year babe ♥

  7. WOAH that hardcover box set looks positively amazing! Holiday time is always super busy for us but now we have a few days rest until I go back to work which I’m happy about. Hope you had an awesome Christmas and get in some reading time!
