Weekly Wrap Up (13)

Welcome to the Weekly Wrap-up with Bookmunchies. This is our weekly update that combines Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer‘s SUNDAY POST and Tynga’s Reviews‘ STACKING THE SHELVES. This is a post to share news, to recap the week on the blog, share new reads and new books, and upcoming fun for the week ahead!

Hey guys, Jackie here,

Yay! It’s finally a 3 day weekend. Work this week has been slow and sluggish. It has also been a slow and sluggish reading week. Sometimes I just feel so bleh about everything, but probably because the weather has been gloomy the entire week that its also affecting my mood. I did start cleaning out my bookshelves last weekend, which I’ve been meaning to do forever but since I have a lot of books it’s sometimes not fun so I keep putting off the cleaning. However because it was too hot to go anywhere I decided to start rearranging the shelves and making them tidier. The result took about 2 hours and I’m not even done. I still have the yarn box and tea box to tackle, but I’m happy that I finally have some space for more books even though the space is temporary.

  1. About procrastinating, I have to say that I can totally relate haha.
Btw, I’ve been dying to try something from Rick Riordan and I think I’m about to start one this week. Yay!

  2. I love rearranging my bookshelves but they never stay tidy for long. I ransack them regularly for Instagram photos, and also when I’m looking for a book, and before long they are a hot mess again.

  3. Yay for a 3 day weekend! My work was slow this past week as well – I think everyone was ready for the weekend. I really need to organize our bookshelves but keep putting it off. Have a great week!

  4. I need to clean out my bookshelves! I need to make room for more books. 😀 I’ve not read Emery Lord’s new book but I enjoyed her second book. 😀 I hope you enjoy this new one!

Have a great week, Jackie. =)
